Please inform Cloud 9 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. As a result of Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has temporarily suspended its shuttle services. Please note that children under 12 years of age cannot be accommodated at the property. Guests are advised that 2WD vehicles are not appropriate for the 400m climb to your exclusive and private retreat. An AWD or 4WD is necessary. Guests in 2WD vehicles can be transferred by the host.
