Food & beverage services at this property may be limited or unavailable due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 0.9% charge when you pay with a credit card. The 3Sixteen Bar & Bistro is closed on Tuesday & Wednesdays – We have had to make this difficult decision due to the severe labour shortage in North Queensland as a result of Covid-19. Due to a sever staffing shortage in Far North Queensland there will be no daily services on rooms. Fresh towels, sheets & amenities can be acquired from reception if needed. We apologise for any inconvenince.
