Situated on the Great Ocean Road, The Boomerangs at Johanna offers award-winning cottages set within 3 acres of landscaped gardens. These self-contained cottages feature forest, valley and ocean views. Very quiet and very private, the cottages feature open-plan living areas with floor-to-ceiling windows, providing panoramic views of the Johanna Valley and the Great Southern Ocean. Each cottage is boomerang-shaped and has a full kitchen, a wood fire, and gas barbecue facilities on the balcony. Each has a dining area, laundry facilities, spa bath and a flat-screen TV. We built the Boomerangs in 1997. We wanted to offer something unique to visitors. The idea of the Boomerang shape came from our builder who suggested we use a curved shape to take in the panoramic views. Our cottages are surrounded by 3 acres of landscaped gardens which attract native birds. The high windows allow for 180 degree day and night views, the stars in this part of the world are beautiful.Facilities & Services
