Greyhound Lines, 1-800-231-2222 or 305-296-9072. Makes numerous scheduled stops between Miami International Airport and the Keys, including Key Largo.
Keys Shuttle, (305) 289-9997 or 1 (888) 765-9997. The company provides door-to-door service between the Keys and the Miami and Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airports.
Public Buses, The Lower Keys Shuttle operated by Key West Transit provides nine trips per day between MM 0 in Key West and MM 52.5 in Marathon Key. Cost is $4 for the Lower Keys Shuttle. At Marathon,MM50, you may transfer to Miami-Dade bus route 301 Dade/Monroe Express that offers 6 trips daily between approx. 8AM and 11PM (arrival and departure times for service to/from Florida City). From Florida city, you can take the 38 Busway Max to the Metrorail to Miami. The Dade/Monroe express costs $2.35 each way. Official Key West page on cross keys transit options
