Tripoli travel safety advice

NOTE: Libya is in a state of domestic turmoil, infrastructure has been damaged by NATO led bombing and armed conflict. Civil services have been seriously disrupted and suspended entirely in much of the country. Moving about in Tripoli should be avoided unless required in evacuation or civil relief procedures and any non-essential travel should be entirely avoided in and to Tripoli until the current turmoil stabilises and armed conflict subsides.
