The locals choice of authentic western restaurant with an extensive menu, offering sandwiches, burgers, pizza, pasta, deserts, coffee, juices, and a good beer selection. Western style breakfast on the weekends. English and Chinese menu, the staff have a fragile command of English sometimes getting your order wrong. You can now order directly from the website to avoid any confusion (sometimes it helps staff if you quote the menu item number) and to check out the daily specials there. The restaurant features great homemade bacon and sausage, definitely worth trying. Randys will deliver your food often promptly for a delivery fee of as much as 15RMB. Delivered food is packaged to ensure everything stays clean - though pizza should really be in a pizza box (coaxing tin foil out of pizza cheese is an art). �

Beer selection is good, and although the imported beers are a bit pricey, before 8PM most draft beers are buy one get one free and after 8PM buy two get one free. Waitresses speak excellent English and Chinese.

Can be pricey depending on the option (188 RMB for meat/buffet/unlimited beer or 108 RMB for meat/buffet),the food is good and chefs are actual Brazilians. Banana Leaf Curry House (老外滩中马路69号), Zhongma Lu 69 Hao, Lao Waitan, ☎ 0574-87352600. Located in Lao Waitan just opposite the Shamrock Irish Pub. The English-speaking staff gladly advises on their offerings and more than gladly surprise you with a selection of their delicious meals. �
